Hollywood Black Film Festival - We're IN!

NYC. 2 a.m. Nightclub. I get a call from my producer with some great news. My film just got accepted to Hollywood Black Film Festival to be screened in June 2008. I was with Malik, and the word is "that's what's up." All that hard work is paying off.

Dreamweaver & Flash Drama

For the layman, Dreamweaver and Flash are programs for designing and animating video on line for the website. I finally got the site to look the way I want it but I am trying to get the trailer to play on the site using Flash video. To create a flash video, if you have quicktime, you can simply go to file, export and choose Flash video. Now the other steps to create components must be done in flash. Then export it for usage in Dreamweaver and there in lies my problem. ... video plays fine in flash but doesn't play in dreamweaver. Patience is my comrade, troubleshooting is my weapon, trial and error, trial and error and research. My victory shall be had.

For those of you just logging on to these posts, I will take you to the end and reveal the rest of the journey in flashback. Once again for the layman, scripting term for the beginning.

Website Dilemmas

Still sitting in the same position but with different clothes. Got a meeting with Warner Bros. on Friday so trying to make the site look fresh. It's 6:00 in the a.m. and I am creating a new look for the site on Dreamweaver, cracking codes and figuring it out as I go along. Also been waiting on hold for over 10 min. with the webhost company and finally got through to tech support. One program at a time.
